KSC operates our sand and gravel pit located just next to the Payson City Landfill. Our pit provides high-quality materials such as fill, roadbase, and various gravels for use on our own construction projects as well as many other projects located in Utah County.
Kenny Seng Construction also runs a concrete and asphalt recycling center. Concrete and asphalt removed during demolition from other sites can be taken to our recycle center just off Provo Center Street to be crushed into usable products. By recycling concrete and asphalt we are helping save the environment and while also providing materials for sustainable projects to meet green building requirements when applicable.
