Please accept this as my highest recommendation for a General Contractor. Kenny Seng Construction (KSC) has been the general contractor and managed the construction for a 30 acre sports complex consisting of six baseball fields here in the City of Saratoga Springs.

KSC has brought many qualities to the table during the project but their foremost qualities are honesty and integrity, continually showing their commitment to the success of our project. In all we have closely worked together for over a year to complete this project. After 19 years working as a project manager for the City of Saratoga I can honestly say I have not worked with a more professional team.

Kenny Seng Construction is a very capable and competent excavation and concrete company. They have the dedicated crews and modern equipment needed to handle all of our excavation and concrete needs regardless of the size of project. The management staff is experienced and very good at communicating value engineering opportunities for our projects. It is always a comfort having Kenny Seng Construction on a project knowing that it’s going to be done right and on time.

KSC is forward thinking and a team player. They would always bring up
Value Engineering ideas when they saw an opportunity to make the project more cost
effective. When additional work is added to a project, they are fair in their pricing and
always make an effort to stay on schedule. I am very pleased with their performance
on every project. They are knowledgeable, budget conscious and dedicated to
meeting the schedule. KSC’s excellent reputation for high quality projects with timely
completion has proven to be true. KSC always stands behind their work on every
project. They go above and beyond to make sure there are no issues during the
