Kenny Seng Construction isn’t one of those companies that says “welcome to the family” and then treats its employees like expendable labor. The KSC family isn’t something you need to be told about, you’ll feel it right from your first day.
Nearly all of the Kenny Seng Construction leadership started at lower levels within the company and then rose up the ranks with hard work and integrity that was recognized. The internal mission of the brand is to take willing people and help them be successful, which in turn helps the company be successful.
KSC provides training and opportunities for team members to grow their roles and do the things that interest them most. They know that every person wearing their hard hat out in the community is an extension of the KSC brand, which is built on integrity and dependability.

Our History Of Quality
Kenny Seng Construction has been involved in building quality projects since 1985. In its beginning KSC was a team of four men with a backhoe. Since then, we have grown to a company employing over 200 great individuals and running an entire fleet of heavy equipment and trucks. KSC is licensed in Utah, Arizona, and Idaho.
Kenny Seng Construction has worked on a wide range of projects involving heavy earthwork, utility piping, and concrete. We have been fortunate enough for the last several years to be a major provider of these types of work for the local school districts and we have used this opportunity to hone our skills in producing earthwork, utility and concrete bids and in establishing quality control measures that result in the most efficient methods for carrying out these scopes of work. Through the years we’ve developed teams specialized in performing each part of our work meticulously, on time and with close attention to detail.
KSC also provides construction management and general contracting services for general engineering projects. Our team is experienced, trained, and well-equipped to manage the needs of your project. We can provide your project with contract management, cost control, scheduling, procurement needs, and worksite management. We are also proficient in examining projects for value engineering. We have used our experience, training and technology on several occasions to provide our clients with considerable cost savings in a variety of ways. Our staff is dedicated to providing our clients with the professionalism and service they deserve.
